RMI Direct LLC, doing business as RMI Direct Supply, operates rmidirectsupply.com and sells products on Amazon and other retail marketplaces. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us by email, phone, or through a form on this site, we receive whatever you send us: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message.
Website usage. Our website host collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this only to keep the site working and to understand general traffic levels.
Marketplace and advertising data. We operate our own seller and advertising accounts on Amazon. Through Amazon’s APIs we access data belonging to those accounts, including our own product listings, inventory, orders, settlements, and advertising campaign performance and spend. This data concerns our own business operations. We do not access, and do not request access to, the Amazon accounts of any third party.

manage our own inventory, sales, advertising, and financial reporting
We do not use any information to build advertising profiles of website visitors, and we do not engage in automated decision-making about individuals.
How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. These include our website host, our email provider, and Amazon. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law, and then delete it. We protect the credentials that access our marketplace and advertising accounts using access controls and encrypted storage, we restrict access to authorized personnel, and we rotate those credentials on a regular schedule.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you have emailed or called us and would simply like us to delete your message, tell us and we will.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
